As an international business traveler from New Zealand, I recently chose La Quinta for a corporate retreat in the U.S. the friendly staff, notably Patrick, was a standout positive amidst the challenges we faced with room maintenance. Despite the cleanliness and inviting ambiance of the lobby, we encountered issues with housekeeping services, which impacted our overall experience negatively. Having to handle dirty towels ourselves each morning was far from the standard expected in a business-oriented accommodation. In terms of amenities, the fitness center and jacuzzi tub in the room provided moments of relaxation after long workdays. While La Quinta holds promise as a business traveler's haven with its business facilities and connectivity options, a closer attention to housekeeping efficiency would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
